Hold is a feature many VoIP systems leave out, in favour of sending calls to voicemail in the event the called party is occupied. Yet, the ability to put calls on hold is a feature every business relies upon. Call park is a crucial VoIP feature that allows you to place a call on hold on one extension and pick it up on another.

With the push of a button, a call is transferred to an unused extension where it can be retrieved later from any extension on your system. Once a call is parked, the intended call recipient can be notified via paging or intercom, so that they can then pick up the parked call on their extension.
